In the last 10 years the number of managers employed by the NHS has risen by 84%. We now have 44,660 of these muppets working for us.
There is a huge increase of middle managers. Whose only purpose is to pass on work from one manager to another and then down to us. Bunch of fucking wasters.
BCW has even heard of one Bristol NHS manager whose only experience was working at Phones4you. I’m sure someone who’s only experience has been based around profits and commissions is the perfect person to decide how much a life is worth.
